North Star emphasizes the importance of recycling

On Tuesday, October 18, the new Somerset County Recycling Coordinator, Ms. Bryony Tilzey, graciously gave her time to come in and speak with our seventh and eighth grade science students at North Star Middle School about the importance of recycling. The students also learned about how/what to recycle and the impact that NOT recycling has on our planet. Students in Mrs. Barron’s and Ms. Winter’s science classes had the opportunity to learn from Ms. Tilzey and ask many great questions.
