Event encourages girls to pursue STEM careers
A select group of seventh-grade students from Beaver Falls Middle School participated in Penn State Beaver’s first Women in STEM Education (W.I.S.E. Up) Day in May. Participants experienced hands-on learning in the field of biology, chemistry, engineering and computer science.
